Julia’s hat. And snow. Lots of snow.

Today I started a new project, and it’s another hat!

If all goes well, this will be a Julia’s Hat, by Stickfrossa (pattern bought from Garnhärvan).
(One of these days I’m going to treat myself to a knitting bag from Stickfrossa, they’re sooo beautiful! Oh the green ones! And I’ve seen a lovely red one, too. Yum!)

I’m making mine in the gorgeous green Heaven’s Hand Marika sent me in the Mixa & Matcha 2 package. It’s absolutely fantastic to knit with, and the color is me to 100%. I’m not making the bobble section as in the pattern though, only on every other pattern repeat. My bobbles look like crap, so I decided not to have that many of them. :) Good practice, though.

I found another cute hat pattern today: Beanpole Beanie (Ravelry link).

It’s been snowing like crazy here for the past 48 hours or so, this is what it looks like now:

    Vilka ljuvliga mössor du stickar i underbara gröna nyanser. Jag gillar också Beanpole Beanie.
    Visst kan jag köpa en dator att ha i köket o lyssna radio på men jag tror att det blir bättre ljud med en internetradio =) Å andra sidan kan jag söka recept o annat på en bärbar dator på köksbänken. Det tål att funderas på =D
