The Wow Mail!

Two packages on the same day, and oh boy..!

First, there was a package from my Mix & Match swap partner, knittingdahlia:

A super nice bag (I LOVE bags! This will be perfect as a project bag!) and some very nice yarn: Artisan NZ Merino Lace weight, “Spice”. So pretty!
And (not visible in the photo) a whole bunch of patterns! (I haven’t knitted any of them before so they are perfect!)

And a yummy knitting magazine with an extra addition of patterns. Yum!
Oh, and there was lots of candy too (those chewy balls were amazing!) but… ahem.

Ok, so as if that wasn’t enough to totally brighten my day… there was package nr 2, from my dear friend/sister/other half Mo.

THE lace shawl book! Yum! (Oh my oh my, what do I knit first?!)
Two skeins of Mirasol Hacho in beautiful fall colors. A whole bunch of KoolAid packets (and I have yarn just waiting to be dyed, fun!!) and little angel charm that made me cry, because on the back side it says “Always with you”. Mo is my best friend and like a sister and I miss her like C R A Z Y. We have such great times together and she is so much like me, I swear she’s the other half of my soul! Thank you sweetie, I adore it all! LOVE you!

I’m sorry you all had to wait several days for this post. I think I completely overdid things the past few months, because now I’m…weird. Even though I feel fine and do have energy and a lot more time to do fun things, I just can’t seem to get around to actually doing them… :-/ I’m full of energy and yet I’m kind of tired at the same time.
